This “Privacy and Cookies Policy” describes the methods and logic of the processing of personal data carried out by Digital Drop S.R.L.,in its capacity as controller (hereinafter, the “Controller”), via the website www.digital-drop.it (the Site”).
This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on data protection (hereinafter “Regulation” or “GDPR”) only for the Site and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user via link.

Purpose of the processing and legal bases of the processing
Based on the art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR (“processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract“), personal data are processed exclusively in order to provide the services accessible through the Site and, in particular, to:

The data relating to Users are not transferred to a third country outside the European Union or to International Organizations.

The data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes indicated above and in any case within the limits established by law.
User Rights
Pursuant to the articles. 15 et seq. of the Regulation, the User has the right to ask the Controller:
- access to your personal data;
- the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him;
- opposition to the processing;
- the portability of data in the terms set out in the art. 20 cit.;
- if the processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or on Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a), cit. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or jurisdictional appeal, the User who believes that the processing concerning him violates the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he habitually resides, works or the place where the alleged violation occurred pursuant to art. 77 (the Italian national supervisory authority regarding the protection of personal data is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data – Garante Privacy).
To exercise the above rights, the User may contact the Controller of personal data at the contact details indicated above.
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide personal data reported through the services available in the “Contact us” sections. Failure to communicate personal data will make it impossible for the Owner to respond to the User’s request for information and/or contact.
